Bodyguard Hand to Hand Combatives Training Course

Hi, my name is Benji Rosenfeld, combatives instructor here at Pacific West Academy. Today we were also going over our emergency ground scenarios, where perhaps we find ourselves in a bad position on the ground, how to escape and also possibly how to give offense from those positions as well. My name is Mike Morrell and today we’re going over combatives, and our instructor Benji was showing us how to properly perform figure four choke. One was a mounted position and getting out of mount, getting into the L position and changing the grips from a figure four to an S grip and then also into a gable grip. I loved it. Something that you can use anytime in any situation.
