Accreditation Announcement – Pacific West Academy

Pacific West Academy is proud to announce that we are an accredited institution recognized by the Department of Education, approved by ACCET. This accreditation is one of many points to signify Pacific West Academy’s top quality training. Among the benefits that Pacific West Academy will be able to provide: our graduates will be able to transfer units toward their degree program at universities and colleges partnered with Pacific West Academy. Accepted students can now apply for student grants and loans. The institution will be open to foreign students and can issue student visas to those accepted to the Academy. Pacific West Academy will be listed as one of the United States Department of Education accredited institutions, giving Pacific West Academy global recognition. With this accreditation our website name will change as well and now carry the dot edu domain, which is exclusive to accredited institutions. The new website will now be www.pwa.edu. All of the training of Pacific West Academy is based on knowledge relevant to the protection industry. The curriculum is derived from first-hand experience and drawn mostly from our parent company ASC Protection Inc, a top level executive protection company who employs hundreds of agents and has helped more than 1,000 students find employment in the security field. Many thanks to our top-of-the-line instructors, staff and management that have worked diligently to make Pacific West Academy a top executive protection academy and the only accredited executive protection training institution in the U.S. We will always strive to improve. More announcements are on the way. Stay tuned.
