Oded Krashinsky
Owner and CEO
Oded Krashinsky Owner and CEO Israeli Air Force Commando / Tier 1 Operator
Mr. Krashinsky is a veteran lieutenant of one of the world’s most respected secret service special operations units. Having served with top-secret security clearance, he is specially trained in anti-terrorist tactics, multiple firearms application, and electronic counter-surveillance, as well as threat analyses, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and crisis planning.
He brings extensive experience in strategic planning, personnel management, training, and emerging technologies with strong physical security assessment and planning expertise for chief executive officers and high net-worth private clients and families. Under Oded’s leadership, Pacific West Academy has redefined the standard for executive protection classes and vocational security development. He founded the academy to provide a level of tactical proficiency to those seeking guard security training that was previously unavailable in the traditional market.
His strategic vision ensures PWA remains the top choice for military scholarships and professional career placement in the high-end protection industry.
Mark Treston
Chief Academic Officer

Mark Treston joined ASC as the Chief Academic Officer to meet the growing needs of the Training Academy. Mr. Treston is responsible for the Training Academy division of ASC and its branches in San Diego and Tennessee. Mr. Treston has over 15 years of experience in education management and regulatory compliance. Having served as department chair for both secondary and postsecondary institutions, he has also been employed as director of a vocational college and Chief analytics officer (CAO) of two institutions of higher learning.
A talented start-up manager, Mark has successfully established several colleges and universities, from developing the initial business plans, through navigating the complex requirements of state and federal regulatory bodies. Mr. Treston served in the Israel Defense Forces and taught at an elite military college in South Korea. Mr. Treston holds graduates degrees in Political Economy and Education.
Charlotte Krashinsky

Mrs. Krashinsky directs the academy’s comprehensive financial strategy and long-term corporate development. Her decades of professional excellence in organizational management and strategic business planning provide the stable operational foundation necessary for Pacific West Academy to deliver consistent, elite-tier security and protective services to our diverse student body.

Andrea Monrroy
Director of Administration

Ms. Monrroy supervises Pacific West Academy’s admissions and graduation requirements, serving as a primary advisor for student academic plans and career pathways. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she coordinates directly with various state and federal agencies to ensure our students meet all regulatory criteria for professional certification.
Her administrative expertise is vital for students aiming to become a certified protection officer through our intensive programs. Andrea specializes in streamlining the enrollment process for those seeking armed guard training and ensuring that all eligible students fully utilize their benefits for veterans. Her dedicated support ensures that PWA graduates are administrative-ready for immediate placement in the protection industry.
Christina Gulasarian
Student Services Coordinator

Ms. Gulasarian serves as the Student Services Coordinator and the primary liaison between Pacific West Academy and our entire student body. Having joined the ASC and PWA team on July 9, 2016, Christina brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to her role. Her core responsibilities include student recruitment and enrollment, meticulous student database and record keeping, and managing our comprehensive job placement services.
Her professional background is rooted in years of high-level sales, staffing, office management, and client satisfaction. Christina attended California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where she majored in Business Law, providing her with a unique perspective on the regulatory and contractual side of the industry.

Roxana Tunc

Roxana Tunc is a high-level strategic enrollment leader and expert in institutional partnerships with over 16 years of professional experience driving organizational growth through cross-divisional and inter-segmental collaboration. She specializes in building robust Higher Education partnerships and developing seamless regional pipelines that effectively bridge the gap between academic institutions and professional industries.

Roxana has a proven track record of negotiating complex agreements that align recruitment strategies with institutional fiscal goals, including securing critical grant funding for student equity initiatives. Currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership and holding an MBA, she is a recognized leader in Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) who leverages data-driven insights and advanced CRM technology to foster sustainable, inclusive, and mutually beneficial academic ecosystems.
