However, to support our out-of-state and commuting students, lodging assistance is included in the CESS Program tuition. We provide dedicated student housing located approximately 7 minutes from the main campus, ensuring a short and convenient commute. The total tuition for the Certified Executive Security Specialist (CESS) Program is $21,900. For veterans utilizing the Post-9/11 GI Bill®, this program is equivalent to 9 months of benefits.
